Theme: Celebrating Cultural Diversity for National Cohesion in the 21st Century

Join us for the 6th Cultural Week at Murang’a University of Technology (MUT), where we come together to celebrate the rich diversity of cultures in our community. This year, we are honoring our theme, “Celebrating Cultural Diversity for National Cohesion in the 21st Century,” with a series of exciting events and activities designed to showcase talent, fashion, and cultural pride. Explore the week’s lineup, meet new people, and experience the unity in diversity that makes MUT truly unique!

Dance Performances:

  • Traditional Dance – A showcase of cultural dances that honor heritage and tradition.
  • Modern Dance – Contemporary dance routines that blend cultures and genres.

Mr. and Ms. Murang'a University Contest:

  • Witness the excitement as students compete for the prestigious titles of Mr. and Ms. MUT, Mr. and Ms. Flex & Ms Curvy. The competition celebrates cultural pride, individuality, and community representation.

Cultural Sports

A mix of traditional and modern sports activities, promoting team spirit and friendly competition.

Fashion Days:

  • Old School Wear – Embrace the past with styles that have stood the test of time.
  • Professional Wear – Show off your sophistication with a professional look.
  • Crazy Wear – Let your creativity shine with wild, unexpected outfits!

  • Football: Staff’s  Team Vs Student’s Team
  • Dance Performances: Model dance , Solo Performance
